The staff was absolutely lovely — they explained everything clearly, not only about the hotel and the room, but also about the neighborhood and where to eat nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to reach all the main spots in Tokyo. And the rooftop terrace? The view is simply breathtaking and unforgettable. If I ever come back to Tokyo, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel was truly excellent. There was a Mega Don Quijote store right across the street, and another Don Quijote inside the plaza where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was in a very central part of Shibuya. However, if you plan to use the subway or arrive from the airport with luggage, walking from the station to the hotel might be a bit difficult, since it’s not right next to the station but about a 5–6 minute walk. I’d recommend keeping that in mind. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were very helpful. We had a few different situations with our luggage, and they assisted us every time. We honestly couldn’t find any negative points about the hotel. The only thing is that it was a bit expensive compared to nearby hotels. Also, the room was somewhat small. Did it work for us? Yes, because I kept the room very tidy. But if you don’t keep things as organized, you might feel a bit cramped with luggage. Still, it wasn’t a big problem.

The hotel was clean and the customer service was excellent. The views were also incredible from the 35th floor: The reception organised our luggage delivery to the next stop without any issue the morning of checkout (I would leave an extra 10-15 mins for this process). The location was fantastic as it was right in the nightlife district and despite being the red light district at no point did we feel unsafe or uncomfortable however we were travelling as a couple. The main Shinjuku station (where you can catch JR trains) is about a 10 min walk but you can access this from the subway underground that is 5 mins away from the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was exactly as described and looked like the pictures Great tub and water pressure for shower. The in house washers and dryers were great as well - they have auto added soap and normally I can't do those because of smell sensitivity but this soap was unscented and didn't bother me.

Fantastic property in a perfect location! Before booking I did alot of research and was debating between this property and one in Shinjuku. I am SO glad I chose this one! It’s central but also peaceful and perfect to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 older teens. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring Tokyo! The nearest train station is Suitengumae on the purple line, which is a short 7-8 mins walk. A little tricky to find it the first time. When leaving the property turn left and go up the stairs to cross the bridge, walk straight and the subway entrance is right next to the 7-11. We visited Shibuya, Shinjuku, Harajuku, Tokyo Skytree and Disney - all of which were very easy to get to on the train. The room itself was fantastic! Exactly like the photos, and spotlessly clean. The view of the Sumida river was breathtaking, especially at night. The layout of the room was great, especially having two bedrooms and a balcony. The washing machine also dries clothes which was a big bonus being a family of 4. The shower room also has a drying function (recommend using google translate to find the drying button - see pic for English). Finally, the staff were amazing. Very good English, super friendly and helpful. They even organised our luggage transfer to our next hotel in Kyoto. We will definitely book again if returning to Tokyo!
