The staff were absolutely incredible ! We had an overnight transfer that meant we got in at 3:30am and they were so helpful and opened just to let us in. All transport was arranged phenomenally and the rooms were exceptional. The bathrooms were clean and mew, all toiletries provided. We had the best stay here. 100% would recommend!!

He was so welcoming and caring, taking us to a gems shop and patiently waiting while we explored, helping us find perfect jackets, bringing us to amazing local restaurants, and showing us around Nuwara Eliya. The next morning after serving us a delicious homemade breakfast, he kindly drove us to the train station himself. What makes this place truly special is how the whole family makes you feel at home.
