Great location just off the main street in the medina and close to the Blue Gate. Excellent and spacious room. Beautiful spaces all around.

I had some stomach trouble from food, but the staff were truly kind and took great care of me. They even gave me herbal tea and looked after me. On both my arrival and departure, they helped carry my luggage and gave me a ride, which was a huge help. The staff are genuinely very kind.

The location was very near to the main parking of the medina (4-5 mins walk). The staff was also super helpful and nice; they even helped us carry all our suitcases from the riad to the parking. Thanks to Ahmed and Abdoul for that! And a wonderful guided tour of Fes arranged by Ahmed for us!

Central location , close to the street if you arrive by car! Breakfast is good , very friendly staff!

The riad is beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, everything is sparkling clean and very comfortable. Above all, every traveller coming to Fes needs to stay at Dar Hafsa just to meet the exceptional owners (father and son) and the lovely staff. We felt as if we were part of their family, their kindness comes directly from their heart. They give such useful advice for everything needed. If we're lucky enough to come back to Fes we will definitely be back at Dar Hafsa.

Before diving into the more "technical" aspects, we must first highlight the outstanding experience at Riad Farah, thanks to its incredible manager, Mohammed. A person of rare kindness and exceptional courtesy, Mohammed went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Always smiling, helpful, and attentive, he managed to solve every issue with ease and a positive attitude. His excellent command of English allowed him to not only explain the rich history of Fez and Moroccan culture but also offer valuable advice on where to find authentic traditional products. We were even fortunate enough to learn how to prepare Moroccan tea with him! Without a doubt, Mohammed was the best host we encountered during our travels, and by the end of our stay, he had become a true friend. ❤️ Now, turning to the more "technical" aspects: The Riad: While the Riad may not boast the grandiose scale of a "thousand-and-one-night" palace, it is undeniably beautiful and exudes a charming, authentic atmosphere that perfectly complements the surrounding Medina. Its intimate size only added to its allure, making it feel like a hidden gem. Location: The location was absolutely ideal for exploring the Medina. Situated right next to the Madrasa Bou Inania, it was easily accessible from both main streets of the Medina, and very convenient for reaching the Blue Door, which made transportation a breeze. Cleanliness: We were thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness of the Riad. Everything was impeccably tidy, and fresh towels were provided daily. It was clear that attention to detail was a top priority. Breakfast: The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had during our travels—traditional, generous, and satisfying. It offered a wonderful variety and set the tone for a perfect start to each day. Plus, the terrace view, overlooking the Madrasa, was a delightful touch.

We ate breakfast (included) and dinner (paid separately) at the riad every day. The breakfasts included an omlette (scrambled eggs) if one wanted, as well as variety of fruits, veggies, cheeses, jams, breads, and such. Always fresh squeezed orange juice, plus coffee and Moroccan tea. Dinners were delicious and well prepared Moroccan specialties. The staff were wonderful, and worked together as a great team with good spirit for each other and for all the guests (from all over the world!). Yassine, the hospitality manager and team lead for the staff, was wonderful in making arrangements with guides and drivers. He checked in with us on our experience with each driver (we used 2 for day trips outside of Fez) and guide (we had one). This was not perfunctory but Yassine was sincere in asking and in receiving our feedback. The property, tucked in among the winding walking streets of the old city, can be hard to find. The riad provides a porter/guide who brings guests to the property. Stepping in from the street, one finds an amazing, respectfully restored and expanded manor-house with open courtyards and incredibly high ceilings in rooms, and a rooftop from which to see the city in all directions. The pool is very clean and refreshing!

The riad itself is stunning, with elegant traditional decor, a peaceful courtyard, and a relaxing atmosphere that offered a perfect escape from the busy streets of the Medina. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed, combining authentic Moroccan charm with modern amenities.

When I stepped in to the property, my jaw dropped. The main receiving area feels like you are in a palace. The receptionists are very accommodating and assists you in all you need. The service is on point especially those guys wearing blue long sleeves. I loved the breakfast, very Moroccan and traditional. The room is clean and decent. I slept comfortably.

Just amazing. Beautiful riad in a central location, easy to reach by taxi. Rooms are amazing, everything is clean, staff is super friendly, food was great. And from the terrace you get a beautiful view of Fes.
