The swimming pool was excellent – really top quality and very enjoyable. The breakfast was very tasty, with a good variety and high quality food. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. The location of the hotel is great, very convenient and well situated. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and overall very nice.

Nestled between mountains and sea, Jumeirah Muscat Bay offers true tranquility and a great sense of escaping the everyday. It is big, yet small in a way it feels homey. You can get to know everyone in a short time. It is also brand new and very well maintained. It is also very family oriented which is a big plus for us since it is the first time we take our 2 yrs boy for a leisure trip ! Loved the kids club, nanny svcs, and the family pool.

The location was perfect - in such a cute area of Mutrah, within easy walking distance of great restaurants, Omani forts, and the Mutrah Souk. I got a free upgraded room which was really clean and cute with traditional Omani decor. The room had a lovely rock shower with great amenities. The property felt very safe as a solo female traveler!

Beautifully located, small and very charming hotel – perfect for a peaceful stay close to nature. Fantastic, friendly and attentive staff and absolutely delicious food. Everything was spotlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, fresh and pleasant bedding, and soft pillows ensuring a great night’s sleep. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet – nothing around but nature, stunning rock formations and a beautiful valley. Perfect conditions for true relaxation and rest. The dinner was excellent and truly outstanding. Breakfast was not as elaborate as dinner, but more than sufficient. The staff went above and beyond – they even cleaned our car from the dust. Highly recommended.

We stayed at JW Marriott for 6 days . It’s Muscat’s best kept secret, Nancy samy at the reception was an angel , she helped with taxi booking etc . Sanjay at the reception. The staff at breakfast in the coffee lounge was wonderful. We deeply thank Gopika , the chef , kitchen team , Rati , Jake , Naveen & Shamol made it a dream vacation for my elderly mum , son & me . Set in Shatti Al Qurum Beach Area in Muscat, W Muscat features an outdoor swimming pool. All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. The hotel is amazing. I cannot fault it. Staff are very friendly and very professional. Went out of their way to offer advice and help. Great selection of restaurants and a delicious breakfast. Pool area is fantastic. I could go on. Brilliant

Beautiful swimming pool and private Beach They surprised us with a cake for our Anniversary Nice place for relaxation! Bed was very comfortable !
