Front desk staff (Christian) was friendly, attentive, and informative - he provided great information for the bus schedules and what to do in terms of going back to Universal for free parking after 6pm, and the free dinner snacks at the hotel from 5.30-7pm. Clean linen, bathtub, comfortable bed, big room.
