The host and the staff were very welcoming. We reached the location after midnight and the host was still very generous. The beach was just 7 mins walk away.

The bungalow was very clean, and the host provided multiple towels and half way of our 8 night stay she came to change the sheets and brought a new pile of fresh towels. The host is so nice and is ready to help with everything. Very positive person. Can totally recommend this place. The waterfall is right next to the bungalow and they have scooters there so you can easily get around Phuket with it.

Located 500 metres from Tiger Muay Thai and MMA Training Camp, Pennapa Chalet features an outdoor pool and a well-landscaped tropical garden. Great location, close to gyms, 7-11, and restaurants. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, air-conditioning, peaceful and quiet. Excellent place to stay!

The collection of little bungalows is very well situated, close to lots of shops and about 15 minutes by foot from the beach. It is very quiet and calm, very clean and pretty. The room is very comfortable with a mini-kitchen and fridge and a small seating area just outside the room. The welcome was perfect and efficient and everyone was very friendly. Thanks a million ! Great value for money.

The biggest positive is the host, they go above and beyond what I would expect with quickness to respond and courteous manner. Because I arrived late, self check-in was flawless. I loved the pool because it is easy to access. Not like other rooftop pools I have had but never use. The Kleenex and toilet paper are better quality. This may seem minor, but it means something to me as well as having hangers without requesting. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The snacks are a nice touch. I’ve had this at other hotels, but it’s just a nice touch. Short walk to the beach and restaurants. Flexibility with checkout was greatly appreciated.
