PP Land Beach Eco Resort is located on Ao Hin Khao Beach. It offers sea view bungalows with fan and free Wi-Fi. The property is equipped with a swimming pool, laundry service and free public parking. The best you can find on Koh Phayam, I loved it. From the location to the staff, everything was just perfect and it felt like home. I will be back!

The hosts are polite, hard-working, always available, tasty food, and nice vibes. An almost empty beach is close, but it is not always possible to swim due to the low water level and some rocks It takes about 40 min.to get (up and down) to the Long Beach and more to visit this beautiful island. So if you like simple life in beautiful surroundings, this is the best place.

The area was really cool and nice vibe from the place and the family. Even tho they island feels isolated there were several guest there. Very comfy great view, amazing corner by the bar amd beach where u can lay down an read, many books there. I really like the place. To get to the bungalow amd back to pier cost 100 baht. At pier there r people who can take u there amd from bungalow they arrange one for you. Also u can rent a bike from sunset bungalow which can be bought to the pier. I would not recommend to drive there tho unless your are doin it for year. Not everywhere is Asphalt, its hilly depending where u r goin and slippery. I was glad when I decided to walk instead the bike after seeing the roads.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The last bungalows (4-5-6) are close to the nature and far away from the motorbike noise. The food is very good. Late afternoon you can enjoy the feeding of hornbills. It is recommended to have an own motorbike.

Located in Koh Phayam, Rabbit Bungalow offers cosy bungalows with a private balcony. Situated 200 metre from Ao Khao Kwai, it features on-site parking and a 24-hour front desk. Free Wi-Fi is... The bungalow was clean, had a private toilet and shower. The shower is cold but that was no problem for me. Lek and his staff are most kind. I was coming from Surat Thani and lek arranged a seat for me on a local van costing only 300bat. The garden and pont with lilies is stunning. You can hear the people around you but there is an understanding of being quiet. The best was a little hard to my taste but I’ve slept on beds in Thailand that were a lot firmer. The location is close to a beach and with a scooter you can get around easily to other beaches. As a solo traveler it was a little challenging to connect to others, cuz there are a lot of couples on the island. I would come back here.

Location was perfect, staff where attentive, friendly & helpful, facilities were simple but perfect. I wouldn't leave if I didn't have to.
