Luxury Tents in Maribo

With only two tents in a private garden surrounded by a vineyard, it was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable, and the kids absolutely loved it. My 9-year-old was even invited to play with the host’s children in their garden – such a warm and welcoming gesture. You’re basically staying in the vineyard, which is just beautiful. The toilet and fully equipped kitchen are about 100 meters away – spotless and fresh. It’s a countryside location, so a bit remote, but just a 10-minute drive to the beach and 30 minutes to Knuthenborg Safari Park. I also bought a bottle of wine produced on the property – pure happiness in a glass!

The tent spots, the setting, the friendly staff, the common room and the peace and quiet. The setting is incredible; you know there are other spots and people but you do not see each other so the experience you have in your accommodation makes you feel that you are all alone in the middle of Lolland's nature. Across the street is a nice biosphere park called Döllefjelde for a nice walk amongst sheep and a great place for a campfire. Definitely a place I would go to again!
