A genuinely unique place with a lot of heart. The setup is wonderfully creative and you can tell the host has put real effort into building something special. The sauna was a real highlight — bring a sauna towel for the full experience. The kayak is great fun and a full loop around the island takes about 1.5 hours. Mobile reception was good throughout. A few practical tips for future guests: bring your own drinking water (tap water is fine to drink but has a slightly salty taste) and all your own food — salt, pepper, and a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter are provided, so just pack your ground coffee and you’re set.
