The most amazing location which really gets you away from it all. Highly recommend and we'd definitely stay again.

It really is one of those places that seem to be taken from a storybook, its landscapes are truly wonderful, the cabins are very clean and cozy, they have a thermal blanket and you sleep wonderfully. Con una tina de hidromasaje, Cherry Tree Safari Lodge está establecido en Talaton. This was our second stay and we're so glad we chose it again. It's such a beautiful and tranquil spot. Perfect base for visiting family in Ottery St Mary and exploring southeast Devon. My Guide Dog loved having a roam around the campsite first thing every morning. We were fortunate to have sun for most of our trip, so we enjoyed the outside area and had a barbeque. The hot tub was fab again and thankfully Jo had it ready for our arrival. Sitting there in the warm twilight with a cold glass of fizz was just what we needed after a long drive. The tent is so well appointed and the space to relax in and around has been thoughtfully created. Lovely to walk around the quiet local back roads to Talaton, where there's a lovely well stocked shop, which was impressively open on the bank holiday weekend, and a cosy, friendly traditional pub for a proper Sunday roast. It's a fantastic spot to rest and recharge, off the grid with no distractions. Definitely booking for next year!
