My first time experience with "capsule" hotel was excellent. The location is convenient, the "room" is small but this is expected. The ammenities were great & very clean. I had a grear night sleeping there.

Great spot! Comfortable bed, plenty of space for luggage and to move around / get ready in the mornings. Quiet throughout the night. Everyone was so nice! Definitely recommend :)

great amenities, clean and quiet, great staff and handy to train station. My first time in a pod hotel and I was super impressed. Would have been great to have somewhere to put my bag but it worked out okay to put it at the end of the bed

The hotel was extremely close to the station, very convenient if you’re travelling to Osaka-Umeda, Kobe or Kyoto on different days! Enjoyed the spaces provided in the lounge too! Women and men had their specific floors so you feel safe being in same gendered room as others. Note that you would need to clear the capsule at 1100-1700 for the staff to clean them, this really shows the amount of effort they put into cleaning.

My first time ever using a capsule hotel, and it was a pleasant experience. To all future complainers, you should Google the meaning of the Capule hotel before booking. Private shower corners are available.　 Combo washing machines are available. I slept well with double pillows, barely heard anyone around. A lot of space in the locker room, just don't come with your 4 huge suitcases and spread your stuff around and bother others. Countless free amenities and services. Extreme value!

Never really stayed at a hostel during my trips. But this looks like a 5 star hostel and really want to try out the japanese capsules. We could store our luggage upon arrival. After checking in you get a pass to enter the lift and your locker and you get some towels, slippers and pj's. Men and women are separated and have their own floors and lift. Capsule was great and clean, couldn't really use the socket, and usb is placed bit unlucky. But i already charged my stuff at the lounge at the 10th floor. Capsules are clean, showers/toilets are really convenient and clean as well. You have to leave the place at 10:00 (soon it will be 11:00) and put eveything in your locker so they can clean and you can go back after 4 hours. In Nagoya i really liked the 2 toyota museums and the railway museum. Science museum was also ok.

Great for capsule experience. It was good to have the Apod available on the 6th floor to spend some time out of the rain and have a hot chocolate.

The staff at the front desk are very friendly! Due to the language barrier, I even used an online instant translation service for interpreting. The shower room provides a hairdryer and curling iron, which are very convenient to use. They also have a wide range of facial cleansing and makeup removal products. There is mouthwash available at the sink outside the restroom. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The pillows, blankets, and mattresses are all of high quality. Additionally, there is a mirror available for use.
