Fantastic location, perfect for a family

Very pretty location not too far from Zermatt Beautiful Chalet with stunning views Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children (and could have easily fit many more) Very well equipped kitchen Friendly and responsive host Easy to find and access (with a car)

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities that we needed. The views were excellent and it was conveniently located as a base to explore the Magic Pass ski areas in this region of the Valais. I think it would also be a lovely place to stay in the summer. Florian was a very friendly and helpful host.

Beautiful cottage standing on a slope with a view of the mountains. many hiking trails start right behind the cottage. Fully equipped kitchen and grill with all the equipment outside. Very cool place for a vacation.

Beautifully furnished and modernly renovated The furniture is very comfortable (sofa with footrest, comfortable bed, dining room bench with cushions, balcony chairs with cushions) Warm and cozy (we would love to know where we can buy the beige blankets in the living room ourselves ;) Roller shutters on all windows Everything available for cooking (kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, oven, stove, coffee machine, coffee capsules, basic spices, etc.) Parking lot on the street, so that you can park on the way to the chalet even when there is a lot of snow Volg and chairlift within 5-10 min walking distance Beautiful view!!! Very nice and helpful communication in case of questions or problems

We had a very enjoyable stay at Chalet Bergtraum in Eischoll. The chalet offers a unique sense of peace and privacy, with breathtaking views over the valley and surrounding mountains. Sitting outside, listening to birdsong and the distant cowbells, really makes you feel immersed in nature. The chalet is well-equipped with almost everything you could think of, from kitchen utensils and baking equipment to fondue accessories, hiking poles, books about the local wildlife, and information about the region. It feels like staying in a real home rather than a standard holiday rental. Although some furnishings and equipment are dated, everything worked perfectly during our stay. The heating, windows, doors, plumbing, and appliances were all reliable and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well throughout our stay. Communication with Sabrina was excellent. She responded quickly to our questions and was very helpful before and during our visit. Future visitors should also be aware that the chalet is in a very quiet and remote location. There is a supermarket in Eischoll, but other facilities are limited, so it is worth planning groceries and supplies in advance. On the other hand, this remoteness is exactly what makes the location so special. Overall, Chalet Bergtraum is a wonderful place for nature lovers seeking tranquility, privacy, and authentic mountain surroundings. We would happily return.

Otto, fully stocked up the fridge with food and drinks. The wine fridge was stocked up and had champagne, prosecco, red and white wine. We didn't have to leave the place to go and buy food which saved us a lot of money! I am pescatarian and he provided salmon and fish fillet! There was veg and non veg food stocked up. He has a lot of seasoning too! It is a 15 min walk from Stalden-Saas station, however if Otto is around he will pick you up or drop you off. We came here as we wanted to do a pre-wed photo shoot. The owner has lots of connections including having a helipad on his property. So we did a Zermatt helicopter tour for 1,000 CHF. I would definitely come back with just me and my partner to relax as we were so busy with out photoshoot.
