Easy self check in meant I could arrive quite late, as it was a last minute booking. Plenty of free parking outside. Lovely building that has been converted to modern restaurant and hotel, right by the river and its cycle/walking paths. No roads directly by the building (just the big gravel car park) and small, quiet roads leading to car park. Very stylishly designed rooms and very comfortable mattress and high quality bedding (feather down duvet and pillow). Lovely little kitchen area with free coffee/hot chocolate and yoghurts and fruit. Bathroom right next door (to room 103) and only shared with one other room, as most rooms are en-suite. Room was very reasonably priced.

We booked it only for one night, it was an amazing stay though. We had the first snowfall in the Jacuzzi and just enjoyed the silence and calmness of the place. We came by public Transport and it would have been quite a walk to get there. Matthieu offered a ride to bring us up and drove us back to the nearest bigger town himself! Thanks for everything, we really enjoyed it!

The house and surrounding nature are beautiful. You can enjoy going on a hike or just spend a peaceful weekend with your family and friends. All the needed kitchen utensils are in place, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The host is super helpful and nice. You will definitely enjoy the stay here!

The Property was lovely, beds nice and comfortable and the fire nice and cosy. The heating come on timed which was perfect and the kitchen was well equipped. I liked the little touches with the Wii and board games available to play. My dog loved the property too and surrounding area to walk in.
