the guest house: - is extremely CLEAN - has spacious ROOMS and a nice garden and patio, very nice decor 😊 - has every COMFORT you need (towels, slippers…) and the owners are always happy to help you to get everything else you need - has delicious DINNER and BREAKFAST cooked by the owners with 100% local ingredients - the OWNERS are extremely nice and welcoming, they gave us awesome tips about our trip and we chatted a lot about many things. they were eager for us to try their products and tell us about their village and nation. they are all around awesome people. - the PRICE is extremely cheap, especially for being only half an hour from sevan. one of the best experiences of my life in an accommodation facility in general. five star hotels may be nice but the hospitality i found here has no price.

The host Arman was incredibly friendly and helpful. He makes lovely home made wine too. The home made breakfasts and dinners were affordable and delicious. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities you’d need. There is no better place to stay!

The owner was super helpful and friendly though it was hard for us to communicate, he didn’t speak English well and I can’t speak Armenian nor Russian, but he still tried his best to make me feel comfortable.

The host was very friendly and welcomed us very warm. The room was clean and big enough with the view on the mountains. We also had a dinner there which was very tasty, we had borsch and summer salad :) the breakfast is amazing with lots of variety!
