The whole staff was super friendly, but need to mention Elvis specially. The breakfast was great. The room service was wonderful with daily cleaning. The location was so peaceful, just a few minutes walk to two main metro stations and the train station (Midi station).

Superb. I recommend this hotel even for people who are traveling for Brussels centre. Easy to access by train, and it is way much cleaner and quieter compare the same price in the centre.

Room was extra large, and it could warm up quite easily. Breakfast was superb in so lovely decorated space. The hotel was 30 minutes walk from the centre, but it was in very quite and nice area, with less than 10 min walk to KU Leuven. Would recommend it and come again on the next visit to Leuven!
