The owner is a very kind and hospitable lady. I've never met her, but our communication was very good. The house was clean and had everything you needed for a good weekend with your friends, family, and kids. Here you can fire a barbecue in a big stone oven outside. The fireplace in the home made our evening really viby. All beds were made with fresh, comfortable, and warm bed linen. Overall, it is a great place with a great owner.

What a wonderful stay this has been! Francesca and Mark are amazing hosts, they made us feel at home from the moment we set foot in the house. They've been really warm, kind and helpful. The included breakfast was an absolute highlight - locally sourced products served with love. We had the pleasure of meeting the chickens which all have the funniest names (Egg Sheeran was a personal favourite). The house itself is really cosy, full of charming vintage pieces arranged with immense attention to detail. It's located in a peaceful area which is a great starting point for many hikes and outdoor activities. The open-air hot tup was an absolute treat. We can't wait to come back!

The owner's mother, a very nice lady, not only cooked us a delicious breakfasts. When we arrived, a very tasty soup was waiting for us, together with some drinks and Easter eggs, and even some milk. This was extra, not negotiated in advance, but these are very nice people. Fabulous was also the external jacuzzi, especially if you look at the sunset. And the water was warm 35 - 40 deg. C all day without extra heating.

The remoteness of this accommodation proved to be one of the very best things, despite having preconceptions about it being an issue. The staff were very helpful, with a positive and friendly attitude. All the staff, including the drivers and the spa workers were having a professional and respectful conduct. The rooms were equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay with our kids. We had more than enough blankets, pillows, clean towels, toiletries, kitchen utensils and appliances. The silence was undisturbed and so beneficial for our tired and exhausted urban psyche. The 15 minute car trip through the forest to the slopes was completely fine with us and the best part was that after a tiring skiing session, one of the drivers would have taken us to the accommodations door. The sauna was awesome as was the little spa. We had a dinner at their restaurant, the food was good and the fireplace more than romantic. We brought groceries from the nearby town and cooked most of our meals at the apartment. This is a very practical aspect we are searching for while travelling with our children for more than a day or two. They also had storage for the ski equipment and free parking spots in front of the property.

Location was perfect. From the moment you walk in everything is clean & well organised. We had towels and gowns waiting for all guests and half way through our stay towels were changed for new ones. Bedrooms were a good size and bathrooms extremely clean and new. There was an issue with the hot tub and the staff were extremely helpful & officiant. They had it fixed immediately and even left us wine for the ‘inconvenience’ which was extremely kind. When I messaged about queries I always received a quick response.
