I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The view from the window was absolutely incredible — truly unforgettable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

This accomodation was INCREDIBLE! Although it is at the top of the hill you can usually catch the bus back up if you don’t have a car. The staff were so friendly asking us about our day and providing us with all the details to support us on our holiday. I would stay there again 10/10

Amazing view, confortable and cosy. Everything is new, good quality furnishing. The kitchen is equipped with everything, it even had some cooking oil and salt/pepper, which is nice, when you cannot carry any kitchen stuff with you. The environment is quiet and relaxing.

Very new and well equipped apartment with everything you need. We stayed for 2 nights and were very comfortable in the apartment. Location is excellent too, just a short 10-15 min walk to the Kandersteg cable car station. There are coop and other small supermarkets nearby, all within walking distance. Garage was provided too. Host was helpful and responded quickly to our questions. Really enjoyed our stay here. I think it’s the best choice in Kandersteg!

The location of the Chalet Elza was perfect for us. We travelled throughout Switzerland by train and the Chalet's close proximity to the train station at Lauterbrunnen was perfect. The Chalet Elza was very comfortable and well equipped. It was a wonderful place to return for the evening after busy days visiting various locations in Switzerland. The host was wonderful - very communicative on the day of our arrival and kept in contact with us so that he could pick us up (and our luggage) at the train station and bring us to the Chalet Elza as well as taking us back to the train station when we checked out. He was always very pleasant, helpful and accommodating. The walks to and from the train station during our visit were breathtaking - the beauty of the area is incredible. We wished that we had stayed longer in the Lauterbrunnen part of our Switzerland visit.

This property is probably one of the best in this whole area. Pictures don't do justice to the real feel while we were staying there. The apartment is fully equipped with everything such as kitchen with cutlery and utensils, bedrooms are clean and tidy and have extra pullovers and pillows, the lounge has huge TV with a sound system.. there is parking included in the apartment basement which is directly connected through a lift, these are all plus points but the View from the apartment is something which would just make your whole trip to Switzerland worthwhile. You can see the Ferry point of Iseltwald just outside the terrace of this apartment, which is a place where tourists are flowing in through the ferry from Interlaken and just drop off here and take pictures at the same point and go back to Interlaken. Checking in was super easy and the host at the reception was a really sweet lady who welcomed us warmly and took us to the apartment to explain everything. I highly recommend this apartment for a family vacation in Switzerland, one of the best you would come across!

Brand new hotel!!. Very good breakfast made with local products. Very nice, big and clean room. Very friendly staff. The owner Celine and her mother help us with local information. The hotel is located in a very nice swiss town.
