Now here is a gem - more a traditional chalet a mile out of town in the country - very pleasant and relaxing wonderful mountain views all round.... basic rooms were lovely cabins with own entry and patio and park

Authentic building, as long as I understand with several centuries of history, but looks and feels absolutely great, comfy and newish. Accomodation has a self check-in, check-out system, garden and big room with a fireplace to relax during rainy days. Owner and her assistant are both very friendly and willing to help, incredibly nice people. The chalet has guest parking and is located within 5 minutes from Brienz train station and lake promenade.

It’s a quintessential Swiss chalet amidst green meadows and a sleep little village not too far from the nearest train station - between interlaken and Grindelwald. So location, Swiss beauty, small restaurants - it’s a lovable area

Common bathrooms are clean Reception is friendly As seen on pictures - waterfall is literally there. Our cabin came with this postcard view - superb! It can be quite a walk with luggage etc from the train station. Tip is to request for shuttle way in advance.

The ultimate Dream come true-staying in an authentic Swiss Chalet! Absolutely charming! The breakfast was amazing. As well as the beautiful gardens with the classical fountain. But my favorite part of all, was the stunning vista of the Jungfrau in the morning from the dining room. That took my breath away. Wonderful memories!

Stunning location with views to die for, superb traditional Swiss Chalet hotel, great food, super friendly staff, really comfortable room and handy for the cable car. So quiet and peaceful yet well placed for all the amenities. Even a sauna to relax any aching muscles after an Alpine walk!!

Well equipped studio with lovely balcony! Interhome provide excellent directions and instructions, if arriving after dark it is just after the House with red shutters and the farmer's barn. Chalet Rose sign on the side of the building but not obvious in the dark, entrance is down the steps.
