Juan and Ninni are hosts extraordinaire. They and their assistants made sure we had everything we needed. We had fires in our rooms to keep us warm, coffee to go for our day adventures and any question we had was answered in full. Then there was the cooking. These two know how to prepare some of the best Chilean meals one could imagine. You would expect that quality of meals from very high end restaurants but to enjoy such delicacies in such an amazing setting was divine.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

The hotel is in the large farmhouse which is steeped in history and full of character. The rooms are large and comfortable and the food is excellent, as well as breakfast we also had dinner. Whilst we were here we also did the half day horse riding, which was very enjoyable and highly recommended. You get to see more of the estancia, criss crossing the river and seeing some of the wildlife along the way, including a plentiful amount of condors.
