Boasting an outdoor pool and a hot tub, La Finca Lodge is located in Fortuna, 35 km from La Fortuna Waterfall. Complimentary WiFi is available. Everything! The property is beautiful, there are many activities to do inside the property and if you need recommendations to do something outside Esteban or someone from the Lodge can help you out. Breakfast is delicious, we also had dinner one time and it was delicious as well. Rooms are very spacious, clean and well preserved.

Surrounded by 860 private acres of tropical rainforest and featuring an on-site lake, a swimming pool, a sun terrace and games room, Arenal Observatory Lodge & Trails is located within the Arenal... Location is actually in the protected natural reserve. 350 hectare park contains well designed flower park full of colibris, primary forest, water fall. We stayed in a separate building, with direct view to Arenal and the forest: at the morning, one could watch all the birds: tucans, colibris etc. You have to walk through a hanging bridge to ghe restaurant, which has a marvelous view. The hotel organises free walks on the marked forest tracks, one can see buttetfliea, frogs, birds, spider monkeys. There is a 20 m metal tower that rises above the trees. When we were in the tower, a group of monkeys passed below us. Swiming pool and jacuzzi is right in the forest. Restaurant is fine. Upon arrival, towels were organized into a snail shape 😁

Evi, the host was wonderful. Very helpful with recommendations and knowledgeable about the surrounding area as well as other areas in Costa Rica.

We just loved our short stay here! The lodge was beautifully made with so many nice details, realy showing some great skills. The kotchen was fully equippes although we did not use it. The owners were lovely people. And the welcome with wine and chocolate was amazing! Unfortunately it rained heavily for most of our stay but we had a small window to listen to and watch birds in the morning.

Had an awesome visit! There are SO many great sodas and places to eat at in town, we didn't necessarily want to pay for included breakfast. The kitchenette was perfect, and we could re-heat leftovers etc, but it really felt more like staying at our own place. We hardly saw another person (staff or guests, but we know they were there!) the whole time, and it was so peaceful. Staff was very responsive to questions via Whatsapp, and the instructions for getting in and out of the gate/ parking area/ keys etc were very clear.

Everything! The setting is absolutely incredible! Views for miles - out to the cloud forest beyond! The property has nice, rugged trails that let me feel like I was in the wild, yet safe to walk alone exploring the flora and fauna of the rainforest. Jay’s guided night hike wowed us and inspired my 12 year old daughter, Ophelia, to emulate his trained techniques. She continued to observe and listen carefully for the distinct sounds of various creatures for the remaining weeks of our Costa Rica trip…. and sure enough, spotted a bunch! The Toucan lodge was adorable and comfortable. I loved sleeping in the dense darkness listening to the nocturnal activities of the rainforest! The meals and juices were delicious - like “Is there any more more of THAT?” delicious! The hammocks, the mirador, the trails, song birds, the colors- oh, the colors!- the love and joy that abounds at Cecropia is very special. Jay and Nohe are beautiful souls. I am so happy I stayed at Cecropia Lodge and was able to support their environmental project.

Objekat Las Pavitas Arenal Suites je smešten u gradu Fortuna, na 14 km od znamenitosti Vodopad La Fortuna i 7,5 km od znamenitosti Termalni izvori Kalambu, a u ponudi ima smeštaj sa besplatnim WiFi... The view from the property was amazing! It was a bit cloudy sometimes but we could usually see Arenal poking through. The garden is so beautiful, and attracts gorgeous butterflies and hummingbirds. My dad had a great time just sitting on the patio and enjoying the sound of the jungle, watching all the wildlife surrounding the cottage. It was so peaceful and relaxing there. We also found the resident sloth on the road next to the house! The mural on the walls of the house is unbelievably beautiful!! The house was compact but had everything you needed - hot water, wifi, washing machine, AC, fully equalised kitchen, and even a smart TV. We really enjoyed staying there, and the price was great too!

The place is marvelous, very clean and welcoming, really close to the nature! Make sure to take the boat trip and say hello to Mantequilla and Princesa, the hotel pets.

Finca Amistad Cacao Lodge offers 60 hectares of Cocoa farm and guests can enjoy tours, chocolate and bird watching. The accommodation features a seating area. Staff were all friendly and informative. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Chocolate tour and making chocolate was a highlight for sure. All food in the restaurant was delicious.

Rincón Verde was possibly one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever stayed in. The gardens that surround the cabins are beautiful and full of birds. Everyday you are woken by the song of dozens of birds and you fall asleep to the calls of the frogs. It’s a little bit of paradise. The hosts, Victor and Lizabet are wonderfully welcoming and the breakfasts are delicious. The cabins are quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean.
