The host are very nice and helpful. I had a late bus from Quito and arrived late at 9, Victor came to pick me up and they still cooked me a very nice dinner. Victor also provided me with very helpful information about Quilotoa loop. The room itself is also a nice one.

This place was absolutely incredible! We started the Quilotoa loop from here and everything was perfect. The cabins are so cosy, and the views from the property are spectacular. The food is also delicious and they also do a sandwich for lunch, for a low cost, which was perfect for the hike. There are also 2 cats on the property and they were the cutest and most cuddly cats I’ve seen in Ecuador. I have no idea why people start the hike in Latacunga as you need to get a bus to Sigchos. We woke up in the morning and could start the hike straight away. One of the best accommodations we have stayed in Ecuador!

Staff was very flexible. I asked for an early breakfast at 6am and they not only delivered but had a taxi ready to immediately take me to Quilotoa ($5). Highly recimmended.

Great space with nice common area for relaxing after a hike. Food was great and particularly great value for money. It offered great service and possiblities of activities in the area. For sure the best mountain lodge in town!
