Snowdonia Mountain Lounge was absolutely epic! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely funny, which made the stay even more enjoyable and welcoming. I was really impressed by the personalised touch — my name was included in the arrival instructions, which made me feel instantly valued. Before check-in, they even sent me a personalised WhatsApp message to make sure I had all the information I needed, which was super helpful and thoughtful. The room was lovely: clean, spacious, and comfortable, with our own private toilet and two heaters, which was perfect. The sitting room is huge and very cosy, and there’s a great selection of teas available for guests, which was a lovely bonus after a day of travelling. Overall, an amazing stay, fantastic hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this place to anyone visiting Snowdonia.

The accommodation was spotless, comfortable, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal—quiet yet close to everything. The whole place was amazing. The actual pictures don’t do it justice. The little back garden was so cute and the bedrooms were so perfect and it was also very warm. We had to book this accommodation at very short notice and we were not disappointed! The views, location and facilities are incredible.
