The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely funny, which made the stay even more enjoyable and welcoming. I was really impressed by the personalised touch — my name was included in the arrival instructions, which made me feel instantly valued. Before check-in, they even sent me a personalised WhatsApp message to make sure I had all the information I needed, which was super helpful and thoughtful. The room was lovely: clean, spacious, and comfortable, with our own private toilet and two heaters, which was perfect. The sitting room is huge and very cosy, and there’s a great selection of teas available for guests, which was a lovely bonus after a day of travelling. Overall, an amazing stay, fantastic hospitality, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back or recommend this place to anyone visiting Snowdonia.

The location is beautiful and peaceful, the cabin cosy, spotless and well-equipped. Our hosts were warm and helpful, and the views were breathtaking. The place has a magical atmosphere. Our dog was no problem at all, which we really appreciated. The owner was lovely and very friendly. It's a truly lovely place – we really enjoyed our time here!
