The chalet was very clean, with comfortable beds, a small but nice shower room, and a well-equipped kitchen. It had everything we needed: sofa, chairs, table, television, all in good condition. Outside, we enjoyed a hammock, chairs, flowers, apple and grape trees, and even a fire pit (which we didn’t expect). The family kindly offered to light a fire for us, cut extra wood, and even brought us a carafe of red wine. They let us pick a few apples too. The family was so generous and welcoming that we felt truly at home. It was the best stay of our trip, and we highly recommend this place. We would come back anytime.

The spacious chalet features 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub, slippers and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available in the chalet. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Nice and cozy cottage. The rooms and the beds were comfortable. Nice views from the windows. The first floor was nice and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped. The washing machine was super handy. The hosts were very friendly and responsive. They helped with advice and with finding drivers for day walks. The location is quiet but close to the town center. Many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, a great experience and we will definitely stay again. Note that the approach should be through a normal street, if it's too narrow, you need to approach the cottage from another side.

Very nice shower, big enough, and a comfy house. !!Pay attention: the direction via the booking app will bring you to another chalet!! You'd better write "Rosa's guesthouse", but don't literally follow the directions- both Waze and Google maps will take you to the upper road- which is super narrow and steep. Better talk to Rosa, the owner, and she will direct you to a better road which is not found on any map, from the main Mestia's road. It's super easy to get to the chalet actually.
