Our stay at TheJungleGuide was fantastic! The staff do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible, from organising transport to and from the accomodation, to singing tunes with you at night! The inclusion of a jungle trek in our stay was the highlight! We were taken on a 1 day trek with Wahyun and the absolutely hilarious Bandito who were knowledgeable and so much fun during our trip. The food from the kitchen was nice and gave a taste of the local cuisine. Overall this was an amazing stay that we will definitely be recommending to friends back home!!

We had a nice double room with a large semi outdoor private bathroom. Everyone who works there was super kind and helpful They did my laundry for free! They got us the ferry tickets for Mentawai

We had a great time at the Rambai Tree Jungle Lodges. Tia is an amazing host and we felt right at home from the beginning. She was very helpful with organizing transfers and a jungle expedition. The food was great and the Bintang was cold. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Fabulous oasis just a stones throw from the jungle- woke up to orangutans in the tree outside our cabin. Staff were super friendly- we got in late at 930pm and they opened the kitchen for us to make us dinner! Beautiful views- highly recommend

We were warmly welcomed by Jay and his smiling family at this beautiful and peaceful place. From the very beginning, everything was thoughtfully planned – from the airport pickup to our incredible two-day jungle trek. Even when I fell ill, we were met with care and compassion – a doctor was quickly called, and we received helpful advice and support from several people, always offered with a warm smile. Our jungle guide was exceptional – knowledgeable, respectful of nature, and full of insight. The whole experience was seamless and filled with genuine hospitality. A truly memorable stay, where everything was taken care of and we felt both welcomed and valued. Highly recommended!

Everything! From the location, to the views, the peacefulness, the nature, the cleanliness - there is barely anything to fault about the property. Garden Inn exceeded our expectations. We are travelling the world for 3 months and Garden Inn has felt more like home than any other accomodation on our whole trip. The staff go above and beyond, tending to your every need and desire. The hotel provides comfort, the rooms and beds are big, it's curated, so you feel jungle like with rocks and wood inside. Breakfast was amazing!!! Included every day and if we wanted something else they would say sure no problem! We did day trips every day, including orangutan treks where the orangutans were so close yet still wild. Very special! Adi our personal guide took us to all excursions and was exceptional about telling us the story of the village, the rainforest, sustainability efforts, he felt like the village elder and was great speaking English! Thank you Adi!!! Mawan, Rudi and Findo also were the most amazing guides, playing with our 4 and 6 year old boys!!! And making every excursion fun!!! Thank you garden Inn for your hospitality!!!

I loved the stay in a hut so close to the nature, surrounded by quiet forest, stunning view and sound of river. Huts are simple, no electricity, which I liked. Owner took care of meals which were amazing. Also the trip to the jungle was very well organized with fruit snack and lunch. Huts are located on a hill to which lead a steep path but it is only 5 minutes hike. Alltogether maybe 30 minutes of walk from the village. You can leave your heavy stuff with owner and take only necessary things with you. During breakfast time expect visit of monkeys.
