Kele Yala is a boutique hotel situated in the dry zone in Kataragama. Absolutely beautiful stay - the friendliest staff and the best food we had in all of Sri Lanka. Everything was perfect, they arranged our safaris for us which were fantastic and the staff were so kind with our baby girl. The pool was beautiful and so clean, the rooms were lovely. Honestly can't think of a bad word to say!

The place is really well located close to the gate of the Yala sanctuary. It was very clean and comfortable. The management communicated with us very well before the beginning of our stay. On site staff were very proffessional and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, the bbq was amazing. You wake up to the song of million birds and perhaps get to see some peafowl near the pool. The place has such a relaxing atmosphere that we would go back in a hearbeat.

You only hear birds and the see, it’s amazing. Really clean. Hosts are very friendly. He took me with his car to the bus station when I left because no tuc tuc could pick me. 😊

An exceptional lodge experience! The rooms are huge and immaculate. The whole place is peaceful and really added to the safari experience. There is a pool and restaurant. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was one of the best meals we have had in Sri Lanka. The staff even surprised us with a birthday cake as both of us are celebrating birthdays on our trip. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. They had pre booked a safari for us and arranged everything. I highly recommend Koragaha Lodge when staying in Yala.

Such lovely hosts who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was wonderful, including fresh mango, pineapple and papaya from the lush garden. Rohan also brought us tea in the afternoon both days. The bed was super comfortable, with lovely bedding. A 15-minute walk or quick tuktuk to some of the most incredible quiet beaches I've ever seen. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel is right on the beach, and the location is amazing. It is very peaceful and private, with only the sound of the waves around us. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sea. The Sri Lankan breakfast was delicious and fresh, and we enjoyed it a lot. Everything felt simple, calm, and comfortable. We would definitely come back again.
