nice and clean hotel, great staff attended all our requests. food was good specially breakfast and lunch. great location and they provide shuttle to Jamaa el Fna.

Tigmiza hotel is absolutely beautiful. There are three pools, two restaurants and a pool restaurant bar. The staff at Tigmiza are super helpful and friendly. Our room was serviced twice a day and at the end of the day they would leave cookies and slippers by your bed side! Very clean hotel, food is delicious and there is plenty to explore and do. The hotel offer airport pick up at a reasonable cost as well as free shuttle bus into the city centre twice a day.

The location and property was amazing! Let’s start with the entry leading to the infinity pool OMG! Heaven on earth! The beds that sit on the water were awesome! Agafay Luxury is so unique! The concept is truly magical and once you get to you chalet the peace and quiet was insane! I loved our and stay and now all my friends want to go 🤣 I am so glad we got to experience Agafay this was one of the top destinations I have visited.

The communication with the host was excellent. We got a shuttle from the airport which worked out. And was kindly greeted once arriving at the Riad at 21:00 due to long lines at the airport. The host and the staff were very friendly and spoke good English, the Riad is in an excellent location too, only 5-10 minutes walk from the Souks. Quite spacious bathroom also

The most I will remember with this hotel is how nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating all the staff are.most especially the entertainment/animation gang! They were super!! We also loved aqua park, it's amazing and great fun for all ages!! Good variety of food, and plenty., love that all drinks are included also. We never got hungry on this holiday. Not great on the waist line. Location is a bit away from the airport and the market Medina of Marrakech. But they do provide free shuttle service. Overall we loved our stay.

this is a gem of a riad...central and easy to find but also very quiet. charming tile and wooden doors/shutters on the rooms...our room was in a courtyard filled with orange trees. big bathroom with lots of hot water and a great shower head. staff are all really kind and speak many languages fluently enough to have conversation and provide helpful tips.
