You can immediately feel the care and passion that goes into the property. I especially want to highlight the warm hospitality of Adriana, who took excellent care of us throughout our stay. She provided us with valuable tips for the area and always made us feel welcome. The staff was also absolutely wonderful – friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, making our experience even more memorable. The rooms were absolutely stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and with a beautiful view of the lush nature. The comfort and cleanliness made our stay very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is a bit remote, but that’s part of what makes it special – you’re surrounded by nature and far from the hustle and bustle of the city. If you’re looking for peace and an authentic jungle experience, this is the place to be. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a unique stay in Palenque.
