Staff are very helpful and friendly. Loved that they place fresh durian outside and delivered breakfast, lunch (add on) and dinner to our cabin. Loved the private hiking to Bukit Batu Putih and Along, a staff and a local there, are very knowledgeable and an experienced rescuer. The scenery of durian and rambutan trees are amazing. Not to mention the sound on forest insects, river, morning fog are absolutely breathtaking.

The house has everything for complete comfort, everything is very well maintained, and thought out to the smallest detail. The owners are very hospitable. We came for two nights. And my husband got very sick. The owner took us to the AZZAHRA polyclinic to see a doctor the next day, and went with my husband. After which the problem was solved. The next evening he cooked us a royal dinner with lamb. We were very pleased with the hospitality of the owner Zaki! 👍😎👍

I can't begin to describe how wonderful the hotel and its staff are! It is truly exceptional in every way. Let me start by saying the rooms are incredible comfortable, rustic cabins. I slept like a baby listening to the rain on the roof or the jungle sounds. They are clean and cozy. The staff is friendly and helpful at all times. For example, they provided us beach towels. They personally led us to our rooms. They checked in with us daily. Furthermore, the breakfasts are incredible, with a variety of local and traditional food. I would linger over breakfast, reading a book, in pure peace and tranquility. One more thing: the airline cancelled (yes, really) my flight to Malaysia. So I had to reschedule a few weeks later. The hotel management graciously let my move my reservations to the new time. I cannot sing their praises enough.

Overall, we had an amazing time there. Very Clean rooms. Location-wise, the chalet was just a few steps away from the beach and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The chalet has a lot of potentials. Maybe can improve the interior (as simple as standardise the bedsheets and curtains), and exterior - paint it with bright colours so it looks lively. Just my two cents :)

Its quite deep into the village. Located just by the stream... ur able to hear the stream the whole day. A complete detox environment. Rooms are basic. Got hot shower. However no towels. So bring your own towels. Staffs were amazing..

Located less than 1km from gopeng toll gate (NS highway) so it is perfect for a stopover to break your journey. There a nice small river running through. A small swimming pool also available. BBQ equipment available.
