Judith, Josue and their beautiful boy Thiago were absolutely amazing!!!! This was the best stay after a huge bus ride. We were so relaxed watching the sunset cuddled up with a blanket. We were provided with the most incredible food - especially the fried trout and soup Judith prepared. Josue took us on a tour around Uros and also took my partner fishing!!! It was just so great. We didn’t want to leave. We also jumped in the lake which was beautiful and clear. A unique and special stay we will remember forever.

What an indescribable stay at the Uros Utasa Lodge on Lake Titicaca. I can only give this lodge top marks because Raul gave us an unforgettable day. After he picked us up at the pier, we travelled through the reed belt on his boat. Even here he gave us an insight into what the reeds are used for. You could see that Raul is passionate about this area and enjoyed passing on his knowledge. After driving past so many huts, the surprise was all the greater! A paradise for a day! We enjoyed the afternoon on the deckchair and Raul and his wife also prepared dinner on request. Simply recommended!!!

Wonderful location of property owned by great people. They arranged everything, including Puno pickup, transfer, meals and trip among floating houses. There is a stunning wildlife surrounding this place.

The room was exceptional. The host and his family went out of the way to meet our needs. Whatever we requested he was happy to oblige I would definitely recommend this place, staying there on lake Titicaca was an experience of a lifetime that was made sweeter in this beautiful accommodations (it was the best one on the lake) with almost 360 degree view of the water

The experience of sleeping on a small Uro island is unique and recommendable. Mama Lea is a very good cook! We had great meals. Transfer round trip is offered for 80 soles which is fair since it's around 30 minutes per way.

Staying on Uros Island was a truly wonderful experience. We stayed in a beautifully decorated room on the island where Walter's family lives. Walter was incredibly helpful, arranging our arrival (his father picked us up by motorboat). Throughout our stay, the family took great care of us, cooking us delicious meals, and Walter took us on a boat tour of Uros Island, explaining how the islands are built and how the community lives. He then organized a day trip to Taquile Island before we even thought of it ourselves. Walter sells beautiful handicrafts made by his family on the island. Watching the sunrise from the island's observation deck and the breathtaking night sky is an unforgettable experience.

No words could describe the amazing atmosphere present at this place. Our host and his family went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and were always there if we needed anything. Be prepared for the cold at night but the stunning sunset and sunrise will keep your body and spirit warm.

When I made the booking, I couldn't fully understand how a lodge could have a full score of "10" on both booking and Google. By the time we had our first meal there, we started to appreciate the effort and care our hosts put into this lovely place and understand why all the guests love this place! The lodge was clean, cozy, well-built, and beautifully decorated, in our guest room, on the deck, in the dining room...everywhere! Our hosts Juan and his wife took great care of us - Juan took us to the floating islands after we arrived at Titikaka and showed us around his neighborhood in the afternoon. He also told us what life is like for his family on the Titikaka. We were served delicious and fresh meals throughout the day in a lovely dining room. Eating in a cozy dining room with a window view of the breathtaking Lake was a memorable experience. We also had a chance to play with two of his kids and their house pets. Everything was lovely, I wish I stayed longer and I look forward to returning to this place!

Situated in Puno, Titicaca Aruntawi Lodge Peru offers accommodation with views of the lake, and breakfast included every day. The rooms had a beautiful view of the lake and nearby green mountain. The beds were comfortable with an outdoor deck day bed as well. The night was cold, but plenty of blankets kept us warm. The food was fresh and tasty and each family member contributed to our wonderful stay. Transportation was arranged by the host from our hostal by taxi to the port and then a boat took us for a short ride to the hotel within Uros Island.
