The accommodation was modern, fresh, and very clean - it felt cool and comfortable thanks to great AC, and it was reassuringly free of any tropical bugs or creatures! The pool area was beautiful, with lush greenery and a high-end feel. It even smelled lovely thanks to all the plants, and it was a really nice space to relax. Patrick, the host, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He offered drinks by the pool (we were given a juice and a beer - a really kind touch!), and he went out of his way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. One evening, he offered to take us and a couple of other guests to the Heiva festival happening in town. He not only showed us around the area and pointed out great places to eat, but also helped with restaurant reservations, which we really appreciated since we don’t speak French. He even came to the festival with us and sat with us for the show, explaining what was happening - it made the whole evening extra special. He also helped arrange a rental car for us and had it delivered directly to the accommodation, which made everything seamless. This was such a lovely place to stay - comfortable, well located and run by someone who genuinely cares about his guests. We'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming base in bora bora!

The people who greeted us were super friendly, giving us the best recommendations for things to see and eat on the island. The apartment was spacious and clean, and they gave us towels to go to the beach.

Nice greeting on arrival with a flower ei by Maheata. We were late arriving due to bird strike on our flight over. We had to return to Papeete, then changed aircraft. By the time we arrived, it was around 8pm & she was still waiting for us. Pool is wonderful, rooms clean, aircon & wifi is great, location easy to find & bonus being close to Borabora Yacht Club with nice tasty meals served there. We hired a car via Avis to get around & explore the island. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel Review Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The pickup from the harbor worked perfectly, and we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. We stayed in an apartment in the Villa Moana, which I can highly recommend to everyone. The apartment was beautifully equipped, spotlessly clean, and in a great location. It also featured a wonderful terrace with a stunning sea view. A particular highlight was the private dock with stairs that made it easy to enter the sea. Snorkeling here was a great experience—even though it might not seem so at first glance, there’s plenty to discover upon closer inspection. During our stay, I spotted octopuses, lionfish, stingrays, turtles, and even a nurse shark (don’t worry—they’re more scared of you than you are of them, and they quickly swim away if you encounter them). We stayed on the upper floor, and in the evening, when the lights from the lower floor illuminate the water, you can watch the sharks hunting. It was an incredible and exciting sight.
