Perfect location in the old city, free city parking 5 min walking. Old traditional house which has been renovated with care and style. Beautiful, peaceful (zero traffic noise), comfortable. Loved the inner courtyard for morning coffees. The room on the 2nd floor room has a beautiful balcony. Bed was super comfy, room was quite small but enough for 2 people, spacious shower room. And a very beautiful common kitchen which you can use. Made my stay in Viseu memorable!

Oh WOW. Just wow. Comfy bed, beautiful little cottage built by the owner and her husband with their own two hands, perched on the side of a mountain with incredible views, delicious breakfast delivered in a hamper and eaten outside listening to the water running in the river below and the birds singing. The property was neat. Too bad we couldn’t stay longer. The house itself is great. I would just suggest to maybe add Chaleira Elétrica to heat up water quickly 😅. But all in all, it’s aesthetically appealing and the staff were also great, kind and understanding. They offered us free breakfast specialties from their region. It was amazing 🤩.

The room was really comfy, and the blackout window shades were a big win – they made a huge difference to our sleep. The AC warmed the room up nicely, which was just what we needed. The hotel is super pet-friendly – my dog absolutely loved it. But the best part was the breakfast. There was A LOT of food and everything was really delicious. Also, a small but cosy details in the room were the locally made wool blankets.

Very quiet quaint little cottage, nicely laid out with everything required.. open plan kitchen/lounge area for a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings.
