Very friendly staff at check in. Super nice cabin, she gave us good deal on upgrade to luxury cabin. Well worth i. We were able to cook meals inside in cold windy days. And it had full bathroom. Nice laundry area in main office too. Free coffee every day and beautiful view. Very quiet. Only thing to note was that the cabin had quite a bit of dirt under couch and bed, so being charged quite a bit for extra clean for pet doesn't seem right when it's dirty anyway when you look close. I had vacuum and I also scrubbed the kitchen clean.

Our stay at Cable Mountain Lodge exceeded expectations. The location next to the NP entrance is VERY convenient, and the onsite restaurant, supermarket, coffee shop and gift store rounded it out. The fact that your room key results in 20% discounts at these places was a nice bonus. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it had everything we had expected. Since we were there to do multiple hikes in Zion NP, it was nice to be able to leave your car in the hotel parking lot (free), and walk through the pedestrian Park entrance and catch the nearby bus to the various trailheads. We were there mid Nov, when the crowds were minimal, so the benefit wasn't as big, but I would definitely stay here during high season as well.

The place was very clean, very comfortable, very quiet, and very accessible, with a short drive to stores and restaurants. This is a home away from home. The sheets weren’t cotton 100% and the loft space was a bit too low, we had no spoons and the fire alarm goes off if you fry stuff on stove , air conditioner above the bed ain’t a good idea
