We spent three days in the Ceiba Tree Lodge. What a marvelous place to spend your holidays. A beautiful garden, a perfect and private house. The breakfast was every morning again a surprise and the dinner was of a high standard. Everything fresh and very tasteful! The owners are friendly and very helpful! A place we will definitely recommend to all our friends and family!

Communication prior to arrival was excellent. There are two markets and a gas station very close by for all your basic needs. Also there was a great bar and restaurant called moyas and a german bakery that was fantastic. House had just enough things to be able to cook for our family of 7. It's about a 45-60 min drive to arenal national park and la fortuna. Showers were hot and house had all our basic needs.

The tropical garden at the bed and breakfast is delightful. We enjoyed Marita's wonderful breakfast as we gazed over beautiful foliage and bird-watched. The hosts gave excellent suggestions about area activities and provided a very helpful map. Watching the sunset from the nearby lake park was terrific.

A beautiful place with a wonderful garden and many birds. The only Hummingbirds I saw I saw at this place. Nice houses with a wiew over the landscape.

Mary was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way providing us with helpful information, logistical support and transportation. She checked on us regularly to ensure we had everything we needed, which we did. The home was in a beautiful area walking distance from Lake Arenal Park and recreation area and very close to restaurants and shops. Perfect weather...no need for a heater or air conditioner.

Lovely room that was nice and cool even without A/C. Super clean. Amazing views over the roofs to the west so great sunsets from the balcony. Clean and well equipped kitchen. We ate in the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed the food a lot.

The view from the property is very good, and the managers really nice. If I go back to Nuevo Arenal, this is the place I would stay.

Excellent location to visit the national parks of Arenal on our way to Tamarindo .We booked 4 rooms each one had its own lovely unique decor . The owners Simon & Joanne were super fun & made us feel very welcome. Id highly this property.

A perfect example of a great B&B. The accommodations were exceptionally nice, but the best part of the visit was the breakfast in the mornings. I would highly recommend this unique place for an overnight visit or an extended stay.
