I love this hotel! I have stayed here many times when visiting the Thuringia region (from America). The location is beautiful - in the mountains (at the bottom of a valley). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very substantial, and the in-house restaurant is excellent for evening meals! The hostess, Helga is a wonderful woman! She's warm and friendly, funny and kind!

Awesome location, very quiet. The owner was very kind and spoke very good English! They served us dinner despite the kitchen was about to close.
