Very cosy, hospitable and super clean!

The environment was wonderful. The breakfast was generous with fresh baguette, home made marmalade, fresh apricots, coffee with warm milk, and cheese. The breakfast room was very nice. The accommodations were generous. We had two bedrooms, used one, a clean and adequate bathroom, and a comfortable setting. There were stairs to go up but they were more than doable with bannisters on both sides. The outside garden was wonderful. We had a picnic in that area. Beautiful. Alain, the owner, was easy to work with. The only suggestion we have is to have a bigger sign to notify you that you are at the gites.

Fabulous accommodation deep in the countryside with beautiful views down to the Rhone River and a nearby ruin. Le Pressoir was the perfect location to decompress after a long flight from New Zealand. There is so much to do in the area that even a week was too short here. The accommodation has a lot of lovely extra touches such as games, a bbq, outdoor seating, and bbq tables. The kitchen was fully stocked, which was extremely appreciated as we prefer to dine in due to dietary restrictions. The owners are extremely lovely going above and beyond to help us out. Thank you again.

Martina and Will who were hosts at that time were extreamly kind and open. It was a pleasure to eat every breakfast with them - it was great opportunity to talk about everything :) Breakfast was full and varied, mainly sweet (typical in France) but they also offered some cheese and boiled eggs (we dont eat meat). Always offered some extra coffee or drink chocolate for our son. Once they organised a dinner/supper for all guestes and it was really great - a lot of great food, some special drinks, French cheese and dessert. Our son really enjoyed stay there, even thoguh there were no other children (September). He felt comfortable and really loved the trampoline and swiming pool. He keep reapiting that he want to come back there again (few months later). It is aslo worth noting that there are solar batteries that heat the water in swiming pool - so you can swim even if it is not so warm outside. It was so nice there, we did not want to visit nearby cities, but there are some nice places to visit - just ask the host :)
