Está a 15 minutos del aeropuerto, está bien para quedarse si hay que estar cerca. Nos hubiera gustado quedarnos un tiempo más y conocer las playas pero solo estuvimos una noche. Todo muy limpio y excelente trato! 🤍

Beautifully designed, both the inside and the outside garden and pool areas. It is in the country side so there is a relaxing, quiet and serene feeling to it. It also has an excellent restaurant on site. The staff is very friendly and helpful! Livia and her colleague were super!

I love that it was gated, and it felt safe in another country. There was a $20 early check in fee and a $7 tourist tax paid at the location. I do suggest that you acquire a gate and box code before arrival. Otherwise, you will be outside the gate like us unable to speak Italian. Our communication was hindered since we had been on a cruise and ported out of Civitavecchia port. Our overnight stay was to fly out of Rome the next morning. There was no free shuttle service, but my friend and I paid a total of $30 for the owners shuttle for our am flight. It had olive, orange and . Pomegranate trees with a court yard in the back. It was a complete apartment that could have accommodated 5 persons. The owners assisted with a call in food delivery since we had no car. There was coffee and tea with breakfast biscottii etc for the furnished breakfast. If you are able to shop, there is a full kitchen for preparing your meals.

Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable, the room temperature cozy and the building is located in quite neighborhood, so I could get a good night sleep. Alessia was the best host ever. She agreed to a late check-in, late check-out and both-ways airport transfer for a very reasonable price. She also bought me a pizza before I arrived so I could have dinner even though dining places were already closed! So thoughtful! She is also very interesting and fun to talk to and she lived in the UK for two years, so to non-italian-speakers: you're all set! Definitely recommend this place!
