Very nice old restored farm house with a lot of care and charm. Quiet, a very good restaurant about 1 km away. Orvieto and Civita di Bagnoregio 20 to 30 minutes away.

A wonderful countryside between Orvieto and Bolsena and close to Bagnoreggio. The swimming pool was just for us! Marvelous in this enormous heat wave this summer. Gorgeous also to wake up at the birds singing and sleeping with the windows open and the breeze from the pines and the fields…

The location is in a really remote and quiet area. This brings an super feeling of relaxation. The hosts were so welcoming and accommodating, that we want to visit again for sure.

The house belongs to an old couple who welcomed us very well. Even though they had to use online translation app to communicate with us (we do not speak Italian), we managed to clarify everything and even had a very pleasant chat with them. We arrived in the evening and they offered us very delicious homemade dinner with local and homemade products. The breakfast was delicious too. This place is surrounded by vine and olive fields which made the whole atmosphere very romantic and traditional even in the winter time. The nearby town with its historical city center is also a must visit place. We will be glad to visit this place again.

Overall, we are fine with our stay. The hostesses were wonderful and the property is beautiful. Maintenance is needed. The hot tub wasn’t in use. The bath tub had black coming up when turning on the Jacuzzi. I wanted to spend time in the hammock and had major bug bites. Given this, I would return edifice some basic improvements were made.
