Very nice and modern hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even when there were public holidays, we still found everything that we needed. They serve a lot of homemade, bio/organic food for breakfast. The hotel is located on a very quiet street, overlooking the mountains and is close to hiking opportunities and the city center. The WiFi was excellent. Thank you, Hotel Monopoly!

Very clean room, amazing location, a minute away from thermal waters. Also an exceptional receptionist who was there to help us. We needed to go to the hospital so the receptionist helped us to show the way where hospital is and was translating the problems we had to the doctor and so much more. Very very lovely person!
