It was the best hotel we stayed in Albania! The receptionist who worked on the evening of October 13, 2024 she was extremely helpful. Additionally, on the occasion of my birthday, the hotel prepared a beautiful surprise with flowers, champagne and fresh grapes. The room was upgraded at no additional cost so we had a beautiful view of the sea. In addition, when leaving, we received Albanian sweets, Albanian alcohol and a fridge magnet for free! Incredible! I have never experienced such high quality service at such a price. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, plenty of choice, with a beautiful view of the sea. I highly recommend it! If I'm ever in Saranda again, I will definitely come back to this hotel :)

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was very impressed. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable with fresh, high-quality linens, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options that made us feel full. The next morning , we were tired from the trip and wanted to sleep longer and while my family were still asleep, I asked if they could bring the breakfast in to the room instead. They kindly agreed and delivered it with a smile, which made us feel truly cared for. The staff were consistently kind, friendly, and attentive, always willing to go the extra mile. The location was perfect just a short walk to the beach, surrounded by plenty of excellent restaurants, shops, and places for swimming. It’s truly one of the best spots you could stay. Every detail felt well thought out from the soft lighting and modern furnishings to the complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the room was quiet and comfortable. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I am very happy with the service and would gladly book again. Highly recommended! A big thank you to Boe Luxury Hotel for making our stay so special. We loved it!!! Fantastic experience!!!

The breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, varied, and beautifully presented every morning! The location was perfect: peaceful yet close to everything we needed, with stunning views and lovely surroundings. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and every detail has been thoughtfully considered to ensure maximum comfort. It was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were incredibly spacious. The staff were kind, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The family, Zo and Bertie, are by far the kindest hosts we’ve ever met — genuinely warm and welcoming. A special thank you as well to the night receptionist Florian, bartender Florians, Ornella and cleaning staff for always being helpful and treating every request with kindness and professionalism. This stay truly exceeded all our expectations!
