Wonderful Stay – Thank You Kosta and Family! We had a truly amazing experience at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to the incredible hospitality of the owner, Kosta, and his lovely wife. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel at home with their warm welcome, kind attitude, and constant willingness to help with anything we needed. Whether it was offering local tips, helping us get settled, or simply sharing a smile and a friendly conversation, their genuine care and kindness made our stay unforgettable. It’s rare to meet hosts so thoughtful and generous. Thank you, Kosta and your wonderful wife, for making our trip so special. We will definitely be coming back and recommending your place to everyone we know!

We loved the 5 Star Luxury, the incredible views over the harbour, the comfy bed, beautiful bathroom and the big breakfast. Without a doubt the big attraction of this hotel was the staff both at reception and at breakfast, friendly and so helpful. Will stay again

Well this is my second time here and the staffs recognised me . Again very clean hotel and new. The bed is so spacious.big tv and the room was spacious. The car park is secured and the staffs are great as well. This is my go to hotel in Sarande

Wonderful hotel! All brand new (renovated), clean, spacious, luxury. Great room with a superb bathroom/shower and a beautiful view to the ocean. Drinks available at low prices. Staff is very very very friendly! They made us feel like home from start to finish. You will definitely not find a better hotel in this part of Albania/Ksamil. Thanks Luciano and family!!!

The hotel is amazing, it has new and very clean facilities. It has two pools, one with hot water and the one outside with normal water. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The rooms are incredible, the bed feels like home. The staff is amazing. I recommend this hotel to relax and enjoy the sea. It is ideal for the family.

Everything! Location was right in the thick of it but just slightly offset enough for it to be quiet at night. Mini market opposite entrance and restaurants/bars galore within 5 minutes walking. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful but a special mention to Moniq. She ran the place so well and couldn't do enough. Hotel is brand new, spotless and rooms were very spacious. Breakfast was varied and delicious. It was served on 4th floor with fabulous views. Recommend

This is not just a hotel, but a place with a soul. The owner is an incredibly sincere person with a wonderful attitude, making you feel like a truly special guest. The atmosphere is unforgettable, and the service is top-notch. The restaurant offers exceptionally delicious cuisine! I would especially like to mention Goni and Joti – their service was a pleasant surprise; they create real comfort and set the perfect mood during dinner. Breakfast is also very tasty, and the waiter who served it was extremely friendly and attentive. The hotel is in a great location – just a 3-minute walk to the sea, with a supermarket nearby. Here you truly feel cared for and surrounded by a special atmosphere. It was a vacation that will stay in your heart.
