Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great balcony and bathroom. Breakfast was superb. But the little extras (a gift on departure and the owner kindly dropping me at the port) made it special. Thank you.

We loved the hotel! We were upgraded to a nicer room with seeview and the room did NOT disappoint. It was on the top floor with a balcony and a walk-in closet. The room was very big. We were welcomed with a fruit platter and two glasses of wine to celebrate our anniversary. We loved this little extra touch from the staff! We enjoyed the outdoor pool and private beach very much. Thank you for an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Elio’s Room. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The location is perfect, right in the center, just steps from Poda Beach, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. The highlight was definitely the stunning sunset view from the hotel, which made our stay unforgettable. We were really happy and amazed by the experience. Hotel Muze is one of the nicest hotel I stayed in in a long time. Modern, elegant, beautiful design. The owners and the whole stuff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, relaxed and well taken care of, especially Zo and Ornela. Don’t expect regular hotel buffet breakfast here. Once you sit down at your table you are treated with 5star breakfast. We were always asked what we wish to eat and everything was just exceptional. We stayed in one of the family rooms and felt very comfortable. Rooms are very nice and you have everything you need, even toiletries. I always appreciate little details such as little dark face towels for example. Zoe the owner speaks very well English and I got to learn a lot about Albania and Ksamil region. Saying goodbye was hard. We really felt great and welcome. We are already planning on coming back to Ksamil next year and we will for sure come stay at Hotel Muze again.
