Incredibly convenient location next to Tirana East Gate Bus terminal, albeit a short car ride required to get there. The staff are so so so helpful. I arrived at 03:30 on a quite delayed overnight bus from Thessaloniki. When asking for help to arranged a taxi they offered to collect me from the bus terminal, and didn’t want any money for doing so. Thank you so much!!

The room and the hotel was very cosy! Located 15-20 min by car from the city centre of Tirana, it provides a great view for the terrace. The room was very clean and spacious. All the members of the staff were very kind and friendly and always there to help. Very good breakfast. The hotel also provides a bar for coffee or a drink, as well as a restaurant. Great decoration, comfortable bed, new bathroom. Easy to park in front of the hotel, on the road. Not so much traffic, quiet neighbourhood. I would definitely recommend it!

The room was available so they let me check in early, which saved my day since I had all day meetings at Luarasi University. The staff was very helpful and hospitable.

The staff at this hotel are very responsive. I had an early check-out, and they helped me with the transfer. The room is clean, spacious, and has everything you need. The location is excellent – there's a city bus stop nearby, and the international bus terminal is also not far away.

The hotel is located about 15 minutes from the city center and only 10 minutes from the Artificial Lake, which was perfect—close enough to reach everything easily, while still enjoying a quiet and relaxing environment. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything needed. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the overall service was excellent. I would definitely recommend Hotel Arberia to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay, and I would gladly return in the future.
