We had a great and pleasant stay at the Hotel Miami Beach. The host Tony and colleagues from the reception are extremely pleasant, kind, ready to help at any time of the day or night. The hotel is in an excellent location, two minutes from the sea, has its own private beach, as well as a bar. We really enjoyed it.

The resort is in a park filled with trees just near the beach. I walked from my room to a vast beach. The breakfast was awesome. It was an open buffet with lots of variety. If you exit the resort from the reception side, you reach the busiest street in the town, which has shops and restaurants.

We had such a brilliant stay here! Everything was great from start to finish. All the staff were absolutely lovely — so friendly and welcoming. We came with our almost two-year-old son, and everyone was so kind and sweet with him, which really made our trip feel extra special. The pool was perfect — clean and relaxing, with fresh towels available every day for us to use. We also had reserved sunbeds on the beach at no extra cost, which was a really nice touch. The location was ideal too: close to everything, with a few lovely restaurants nearby and a great little beach bar just a two-minute walk away. A special shoutout to Florida, one of the staff members, who was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond for us. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Despite an issue with our reservation upon arrival, the manager went above and beyond to help us. She personally made sure we had a room, even though the hotel was fully booked. Thanks to her quick action and professionalism, everything was resolved smoothly. The staff were also incredibly polite and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the hospitality and care we received.

Excellent new boutique-style hotel in cental beach area, a 2-minute walk from the hotel's private beach with sunbeds. Well built and well kept with a spacious outdoor seating and pool area. Good restaurant and large selection breakfast. Excellent and professional staff.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Even if something minor was missing (such as toilet paper), they would immediately and discreetly sort it out. I’d particularly like to mention the young, slightly red-haired lady at reception. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find out her name as we were only there for one night. This hotel is superb. Its a hotel where you have your privacy different from staffs all over you. I was given an upgraded room. Super comfy bed. Considerations was made for my check out. They listen and always want to help to make your stay worth it. The sea view is amazing. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is very good,right by the sea I stayed there in August,after being is Saranda. It's a sandy beach, clean and quite. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and cleaned daily. Food was delicious and the price was very good for what is offered. The pool was spacious and peaceful. I recommend it.
