There was just so much to like. The owner offers an impressive hotel experience. He makes it his priority to make your stay hassle free from the moment he picks you up at the bus stop until he serves you breakfast before your departure. My expectations were surpassed.

The hotel was new and clean. The room was cozy, clean with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The heated indoor pool and sauna were perfect too. The owner heped us with some nice restaurant locations. We had great food there. Also the location was minutes walking from the castle and the Bazaar. The view was perfect. The staff was very polite and helpful. Overall a really nice stay and would definitely recommend and come back. Nice wintery getaway.

he room design was awesome with a very nice view of the city, definitely the best room of our whole trip. The location is perfect, right in the old town center with sights and great restaurants all close by. Also, outstanding support from Eleana; she was super responsive and even helped us resolve a parking ticket. Breakfast is handled by a nearby restaurant (Furra) and was good.

The breakfast was wonderful—fresh bread, buttery croissants, a nice variety of cheeses, and refreshing orange juice and cold water. Beautiful hotel with exceptional design. It feels like you are in a different decade. The room was spotless. The mattress was very comfortable and we the room is spacious. The breakfast area was nice and cozy and the breakfast range exceptional.

This was hands down my favorite hotel in Albania. The location was perfect—so peaceful and relaxing. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay even better. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and had the most amazing scent that made the whole space feel cozy and fresh. I also loved the little touches like free coffee. Everything about this place felt thoughtful and warm. Highly recommend! ❤️

This property is too good . From romantic lighting in the eve to the quiet and lovely view of the mountains, this place is best for groups and couples. The host Ola was the loveliest. She provided us best in place service from good food and clean rooms. She was always there to help us in all ways. Once again a worth visit place at such an affordable price
