Lola’s house is truly a 5star guesthouse🏡 More than 80% of what makes it so special is the amazing host Lola, and her family❤️ They are the most lovely and warm hearted big family I have ever met!! Of course, Lola’s food, the house, and everything else were absolutely wonderful 💯 However, I believe what stays in our memories the longest and brings us the most happiness is the kindness, care, and warmth of people. Lola’s family deserves 100 out of 10. Since I was traveling with my parents, I was considering staying at a comfortable hotel But I thought experiencing a real Albanian home and feeling the true local life would be more meaningful, and choosing Lola’s house was the best decision we could have made👍🏽 We were not planning to visit Theth, so we booked 3nights to simply relax and enjoy the peaceful mountain village. During those three days, every meal prepared by Lola was absolutely perfect. I was also deeply impressed and respected her mother, who grows the ingredients herself with so much care and love. My parents were genuinely happy and loved every moment of our stay. I know many travelers stay only one night in Valbona as a stopover before going to Theth, but I highly recommend staying at Lola’s house for at least two nights and taking the time to truly relax and experience this beautiful place!!👍🏽 Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to Lola and her wonderful family for giving us such unforgettable memories❤️❤️❤️
