We stayed here for a week with my father-in-law and had a wonderful time. Breakfast was different every day, which we really appreciated, and everything was fresh and tasty. The service was excellent, and the staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room service and the food we ordered were better than half of the restaurants we tried during our trip. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

The hotel is very convenient for both short-term and long-term stays. The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen. And as for Armenian hospitality, it goes without saying — everyone is warm and friendly.

We stayed one night at Nork Residence Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff welcomed us warmly and treated us with coffee and biscuits upon arrival, which made us feel very comfortable and appreciated. The room was nice and clean, with clean bed linens, and it looked exactly like the photos on Booking.com. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Because it was a low season with fewer guests, breakfast was served in our room. The breakfast was sufficient, fresh, and delicious. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and the hospitality of the staff. We truly enjoyed our anniversary stay and would gladly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing! Very tasty breakfests. Shops five minutes away from hotel. 20 minutes by taxi to the center. Everything nice! Love this hotel.

I have been in this hotel Podium only one day from31.03 to1 04 of April. Hotel Podium is a place where you can have a rest you desire. Comfortable and very clean numbers, everything is new and smell freshly.Pite and greeting personal meets you with smileA room where I stayed was seen city view .Great pleasure.I recommend everyone to visit hotel Podium.Great thanks.See you soon!!!!

very friendly staff, despite my early arrival, I was checked in immediately. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, I was pleased with the hot dishes and salads. wonderful spa complex, my friends and I had a great rest.

The service at the reception was excellent. I had a very extraordinary situation. They spent hours of time in resolving it. I could not be more grateful.

Very friendly staff. Very clean room. Close to the centre. Good bathroom and room sizes. Parking at the hotel was good. Felt welcomed by the staff. Arrived late in the early hours of the morning but was offered food by the staff. Great place to stay

Some people like Natasha and Alen were friendly . The foods that I ordered to my room were not delicious. The location was hard to go the center of the city . The breakfast of hotel was not delicious. The room that I was in had no view to outside the room was always dark . For 2 days it is ok to stay but long time it is boring . The most important thing is that the hotel should have stuff who can speak English! There were just 2 people who could speak English actually.

There was no breakfast. There were slippers and one hotel soap, towels.
