I liked everything. The rooms are so clean, cleaned every day, fresh towels, water and toileteties put every day, staff is so nice and helpful, i could ask literally anything and they were helpful and did it in few minutes. Everyone speaks english. Every room has balcony. The breakfast is absolutely delicious and the lady that works in kitchen is the nicest lady ever. Also location is great, very close to everything, could walk to any place in city circle in less than 20minutes. I can only recommend this as the best hotel in Yerevan. It is small, but so cozy and clean, i am jus stunned!

Very friendly and professional staff. Everything was arranged very quickly. Right in the center of Yerevan, many great cafes and restaurants within a walking distance. The room is comfortable, great cleaning service. Great breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food, fresh omelettes, pancakes made for you. Local sparkling wine on weekends for breakfast. 😉 In Armenia people are very hospitable.

There was a lot of variety at breakfast and it was delicious. The room and bathroom were clean. The reception was very helpful and friendly. We especially thank Hayk and the bar staff for their interest. There are various restaurants and coffee shops next to the hotel, and the walking distance to the square is quite short.

This is a great little gem in an excellent area of Yerevan. I booked it on a whim and will definitely be staying here again. The staff was very helpful with all of our needs, like laundry and finding us taxis. This hotel is wonderful.

First of all I want to thank you to all the staff at reception for all the support that they offered me. As well at breakfast area, the service is professional and very kind. Breakfast offers s variety of local and international food, so there is no doubt that you will enjoy it. Hotel itself is very cozy and well maintained. Located in calm area, behind the building, facing to the Sayat- Nova ave. Most places to see are walking distance away from the hotel, so you do not need a taxi or a bus.
