My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Our triple room was upgraded for a separate cottage with lots of space. All facilities were in order and very clean. The territory looks like a garden, full of flowers and beautiful trees, surrounded by the mountains. Very picturesque. Friendly staff, good food and wine, huge meals, spacious swimming pool with heated water (not so common in Armenia). We were sorry to leave. Special thanks to young lady the manager, she took very good care of us and resolved all issues very quickly and efficiently. We wish peace and prosperity to your hotel and all people of Armenia!
