This is an absolutely amazing property! The reality is even better than the pictures. You immerse into a small paradise with great food, breathtaking views, and cute cats and dogs around. Hrach, the owner, is an incredible host who deeply cares about making guests experience unique. I highly recommend staying for at least few nights. There is so much to see, explore, and also enjoy the property itself.

The whole experience was just beautiful. The story behind the building and why the owners are there is inspiring. It's not often you stay in a place that not only excels in hospitality but also has a genuine sense of purpose. Everyone was so friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was amazing, and the overall service, conversation, and vision were excellent. Would have happily stayed another day just to explore the grounds and pick the fruit in the orchard. Thank you both for a wonderful experience, we wish you all the best and hope to cross paths again.

The hotel’s location was perfect — right in the heart of the city, with a lovely little cherry garden that looked especially beautiful in autumn. The room was bright and spacious, spotlessly clean, with a pleasant atmosphere, delicious breakfast, and welcoming staff.
