The owners of the property were super friendly and helpful, immediately reacting to any requests we may have. The hotel is located in a picturesque place with fantastic views on forested mountains. As others said, old Soviet sanatorium. However, it is renovated. There were very few people, so we got upgrade. There are many cabinets for different kinds of therapy. You can book the pool all for yourself. A lot of space to park your car.
