An incredible location. Absolutely magnificent, stunning view. The territory is very well maintained, you can feel that the owner loves and care about this home. The house is spacious and nice. Some antique furniture, beautiful paintings by local painters, but at the same time a lot of beds and place to sit outside. The internet is decent, that was one of my main concerns. The village around is serene and quiet. There is a decent shop nearby, next to a gorgeous cathedral that is more than millennia old. The owner is really pleasant and helped us with every our request.

First of all, the great hospitality of the owners. I was immediately welcomed with a glass of wine and some fruits. Secondly, what a great house and especially the garden just opposite the house. It really enables you to relax after a day of hiking/sightseeing/... The room was very spacious, had airconditioning, good mattresses and nice pillows. The shower worked extremely well. Towels and refreshments are provided. And lastly, I loved the breakfast! Thank you so much for this great experience!

Amazing location and great views from the room. Walking distance to the ski they still arrange free pick up! Chalets were fully self sustainable houses. You have everything you need for a peaceful stay. All the staff were super friendly and always smiling. Any issues, and in 2 mins, someone would come to fix it immediately. It's really impressive. Great to see such a place so we'll maintained and run in a professional manner.

The breakfast at Latar Hotel was amazing, offering a wide variety of items including juices, hot drinks, eggs, cheese, sausages, and more, making it a very complete meal. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and the DJ by the pool added an incredible vibe to the atmosphere. The thing I loved the most about Latar Hotel was the DJ by the outdoor pool. Overall, the peaceful location, excellent facilities, and great service make Latar my top choice for future visits to Yerevan.
