Very attentive staff and beautiful rooms with a view of the fruit orchard with the backdrop of the mountains. Very comfy beds! :-) sumptuous breakfast… Unfortunately, we only spent one night there but it would also be a great location to go for longer hikes.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing - very authentic Armenian tea etc which we appreciated. Annie got up early to get our breakfast as we needed to be away early. She was the best hostess ever; SOooo good at what she does.

We stayed in the ground-floor studio with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was perfect for a family with a small child. The apartment is very well equipped and spotlessly clean — the sheets were bright white and everything felt fresh. The backyard is beautiful, with lots of trees and a fireplace where guests gather in the evenings, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In short, this guest house is highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing city escape.

The host was very welcoming and friendly towards us. Our room had its own little kitchen which was very handy for preparing our own meals there. There's a lovely balcony you can sit out on. The host brought us coffee, and fruits. It's just a short walk into town from the guesthouse. Make sure you go and see the dancing fountains once it gets dark!

We had a wonderful stay! The garden was lovely and peaceful, and the house was cozy and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to relax. The cottage was fabulous. A lovely comfortable bed with a snuggly duvet, really warm. Coffee & tea making facilities. Lovely view of the mountains from our cottage with a deck to sit out on when the weather is warm enough.

The great weather, the cleanliness of the city, and the beautiful surroundings make it a wonderful destination. I highly recommend visiting Stepanavan Sochut Arboretum — it offers a gentle and truly relaxing environment.

Stepanavan is an exceptional place to visit.

Stepanavan is an exceptional place to visit. However, at the moment - I visited in the third week of April 2022 - the central and other streets of the town are being renovated. Breathing dust while walking around the town is not fun. However, if you are moving by a car, you can easily get to the beautiful parks around. A taxi could be a solution too.
