It was great! The room was calm, clean, comfortable and I was able to rest and relax. I arrived late and the key was left for me in the locker with clear instructions where to find it

The service, the people, they were so nice and friendly. I felt very welcome.

The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious. The beds are extra large and very comfortable. There's a huge flat TV. The spa is small but has 2 saunas, a steambath, and a chill area and is also very spacious. The restaurant is another gem. The breakfast is really good with egg dishes, youghurt, really tasty bread and tons of spreads and meats. I also had dinner there, and it was top notch. The lift is a minute biking.

Everything was perfect and we intend to return. We are coming to Bad Kleinkirchheim since many years and this was the nicest place to stay - very nice and personal owner and staff, good rooms and a breakfast that exceeds any expectation.

An exceptional attitude of the owners. Great food and location. Sauna. Value for money. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The food is excellent, the breakfast is plentiful, everything is fresh, warm pastries. For dinner, there is also a good choice, a variety of food.

Stuff, Spa, Breakfast, Dinner and position in ski area are great! Stuff is excellent. Everybody are so kind, they know how to do the job; from cleaner lady to waitress... Also, food is great. A lot kind of food during the breakfast and dinner. TOP!

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the hotel’s beautifully decorated facade, complete with elegant lighting and stylish doors that set the tone for a memorable stay. The welcoming service at reception made us feel right at home. The dining experience was equally delightful. Dinner was not only delicious but also presented with impeccable attention to detail. Breakfast was a treat as well, featuring top-quality local ingredients that added a special touch to the meal. The owners were incredibly warm and gracious, taking the time to share the heartwarming story of their family and making us feel truly valued as guests. Their hospitality added a personal and meaningful element to our stay. The spa day was an absolute highlight! The outdoor pool offered stunning panoramic views, and the sauna experience was truly one-of-a-kind, especially with the aufguss session that left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Overall, this was the perfect getaway. Every detail, from the atmosphere to the service, was exceptional. We can’t wait to return and create more unforgettable memories!

Friendly and personal service. Nice to also see the owners of the hotel personally involved helping guests. Lots of activities and sports for kids and opportunities for them to meet each other and make new friends. This is the sort of place where you should let your children wander around and independently decide what to do. Food was good quality, also a really nice wine selection. Really good spa and facilities. The pool is separate from the quiet spa area. For an extra price you can also rent an outdoor wood-fired bath/hot-tub overlooking the lake. If you have an EV, there is also a good charging facility.

The hotel itself is a bit old school, but you will find everything you need, additionally the hosts are simply amazing!

It is a family owned and managed hotel and you can see the attention and love they put on it. Paradise for kids, from the kids area which is a two floor inside park to the spa for kids. Nice swimming pool and sauna area for adult. We had the experience of sauna with a true sauna master! Dinner has a generous buffet and the eggs area at breakfast is a must as well. You may need to learn a basic a German with some waiter but this just add to the characteristic environment.

Excellent location. Breakfast and dinner are great. Spa and wellness area is great. Outdoor pool is great with hot water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are well equiped and cozy. Garage parking is included in your stay.

The spa area is absolutely exceptional, the gym is fantastic, and the entire property exudes warmth and care, making you feel truly at home. Simone (Frau Ronacher) added a personal touch by greeting us in the dining area every evening, making us feel incredibly special with her charm and hospitality. We are already looking forward to returning!

The food at the restaurant was delicious, the staff was caring and the location was great. You could start many hikes from the hotel, which was ideal.

Everything was perfect. Hotel has Everything that you need for perfect stay. Food is fabulous,cozy atmosphere at lobby and sauna/pool center., Rooms are spacious, bright and worm. Location, next to ski lift and 100 m from free bus stop. No need for a car!

We had a pleasant six-night stay at the hotel with our two children. The ski area was conveniently close. The staff was always friendly, and the food was delicious and plentiful. The spa area was excellent for adults, providing a relaxing experience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
